Privacy policy
Controller: dyftec S.L., with registered address at Los Prados, 166 – Gijón – Asturias – Spain and privacy contact email comercial [at] dyftec.com.
Purpose: to handle enquiries, manage information or demo requests, carry out legitimate commercial follow-up related to the enquiry and maintain evidence linked to the pre-contractual or contractual relationship.
Legal basis: the data subject’s consent, pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the user and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
Categories of data: name, company, email address, sector, message and any other information voluntarily provided through the enquiry.
Retention: data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and afterwards for the periods required by applicable law or while liabilities may arise.
Recipients: data will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required. Service providers acting as processors may access the data to provide hosting, analytics, technology or communication services. This includes Mailjet, used for the technical management of the form and communications related to the request.
International transfers: where providers involve international processing or access to data, appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection law will be implemented, including, where required, standard contractual clauses or other valid GDPR mechanisms. Users may request further information about these safeguards through the contact email listed in this policy.
Specific information about the contact form
Data submitted through the form will be used to respond to the request, arrange a demo, maintain commercial contact related to the expressed interest and manage communications linked to that pre-contractual or business relationship.
The form is technically managed through Mailjet. This means the data entered may be stored within that provider’s infrastructure and associated with lists or internal records used to manage the request, support commercial follow-up and document consent where applicable.
Submitting the form requires the user to read and expressly accept this privacy policy. It is advisable for the consent checkbox to use clear wording such as: “I have read and accept the privacy policy”. Fields marked as mandatory are necessary to process the request.
If the form is also used for commercial follow-up related to dyMap or dyftec beyond managing the request itself, that purpose should be stated explicitly in the information shown next to the form. If newsletters or other communications not strictly linked to the request are introduced in the future, a separate consent should be obtained through an independent checkbox.
Data subject rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by emailing comercial [at] dyftec.com or writing to Los Prados, 166 – Gijón – Asturias – Spain, clearly stating your request and, where necessary, proving your identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
